We went to Cé La Vi yesterday, we had an overall great experience.
Just one to point out one issue. The staff who chaperoned us to our table asked us if we'd want some still or sparkling water without being proactive that it was chargeable ($12 before GST). It's not that we can't afford it but would it be better if diners are informed and not surprised with "oooh, they're gonna charge us and we don't know how much"? What's weird is that we noticed that when other group of diners said "no", they will still be served with house water, which I believed is FOC.
I know you'd want to charge more to customers, but please don't do it that way. We'd be happy to order chargeable bottled waters if we fancy one. Or maybe not because there's FOC house water and glasses of cocktails would suffice.
If you'll take time to read feedback online, it's been a repetitive issue for many first-time diners. I hope you could be more considerate.
