“Lovely Afternoon Tea!!”
Reviewed 9 May 2012

Me and my best friend celebrating her sister's birthday and came to Landing Point as we heard great reviews about their Afternoon Tea. The view and ambience were great althoug it is along the main lobby area. The food selections were more than most Afternoon Tea that I have been. With just $42++ per person with free flow of coffee and TWG teas, what more can a lady ask. The selection of teas were great and the service are all very friendly, courteous and they are attentive to our needs. My friends love the food and believe me her sister is very fussy when it comes to food. I am so glad that I brought them to the prefect place for her sister and she means alot to my best friend. THE BEST!!

This is the best hotel I have even stay in, is it really worth the money even that it cost average $450SGD/night when I booked it, maybe coz is high season in DEC.
I’ve booked the Premier King room on the side still about to see The Sands on the balcony and Merlion Park, can also view the Wonder Full Show sitting on the balcony.
Is nice, clean and services are great where people always have a smile on their face.
The breakfast is nice, all foods are freshly made.......the first thing they always ask about you sit down is tea or coffee.
The only things maybe need to walk a distance to the station and no shops around.
I really recommend for people that do have the budget.

I have mixed feelings about my visit to the Landing Point at Fullerton Bay Hotel.
I made a reservation for my mother and myself and we turned up at 3pm, clearly a mother/daughter dressed in our best 'high tea' clobber. For some unfathomable reason we were seated, not at the window overlooking the bay with the other tourists/ladies groups, but on the long couch, smack in the centre of business meetings and what appeared to be a job interview. This killed the high tea atmosphere, as we felt we needed to talk in hushed tones to accommodate our wheeling and dealing business people neighbors. We actually felt too intimated to ask to be moved! The actual High Tea itself was served on a lovely Art Deco style 3 tiered platter with a selection of sweet and savory items which, as a previous reviewer has noted, is replenished as many times as you require. My opinion is that the high tea food was a little samey and thus far too rich. We didn't have coffee but selected the English Breakfast Tea which was the usually gorgeous TWG but which despite our requests for strong tea came out of the pot like dishwater. We kept asking for our refills to be stronger, and could they allow the tea to steep - to no avail.
As this was our one High Tea experience during our Singapore vacation, which we had carefully selected from the myriad of High Teas on offer we were bitterly disappointed in the atmosphere and quite frankly the variety of food.
On the whole would not recommend.

We have just returned from a fabulous 4 night stay at The Fullerton Bay Hotel. The trip was a special getaway to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. It was everything we expected and more.
The staff were very attentive and offered personalised service, always referring to us by name. Concierge recommended great restaurants and were very informative on what to see & do in Singapore. Les Amis au Jardin was perfect for our anniversary and nearby Kinki (Japanese) was a great, relaxed night out.
Our deluxe room was well appointed and immaculately cleaned by the time we returned from breakfast everyday. The bed, pillows & rainwater shower head were divine!
The staff went over & beyond with little extra's which added to our experience - wine, chocolates & a special anniversary note were delivered to the room within 5 minutes of our arrival. Then more wine, chocolate dipped strawberries & macaroons waiting on our return from dinner the night of our anniversary.
The rooftop pool and Lantern bar were amazing. There was no better way to spend the day - relaxing in one of the two private infinity edge spa's, cocktail in hand, admiring the view! When we dined at the Lantern bar we were seated at one of the daybeds which provided spectacular views of the waterfront & the Marina Bay Sands light show. One of the Food & Beverage Manager's even introduced herself to us and offered suggestions of what we could do during our stay.
Breakfast at Clifford was included in our rate & offered a wide selection. The bircher muslei was one of the best I have had. Again we encountered personalised & attentive service each morning.
Restaurants at nearby Customs House & One Fullerton are hard to beat if you don't want to travel far. Otherwise there are endless options further afield and with taxi's being so cheap ($5 for a 15mins ride to Orchard Rd) they are easily accessible.
We'd love to return to The Fullerton Bay Hotel again, and although the hotel probably attracts more couples and business people over families, we're sure our children would be warmly welcomed.

Had the best Mojito ever here. Brilliant location, service and well worth the steepish price. You have the most amazing views across Marina Bay and the rooftop bar has possibly the best views of the light show every evening. Loved it
