It has been a while since I last returned to this restaurant for dinner. So we decided to try out their Winter Dinner Set Menu SGD178, it consists of an appetizer, sashimi (3 types), tempura (4 types), braised yellowtail, Signature Foie Gras and truffle rice, lastly dessert.

Decent choices in sakes to go along with food.

Service was good and dining area is spacious enough.

By far, this was the best food we have had in Singapore. Everything was delicious, King Salmon and Lobster Maki were excellent. Grilled Seabas and Salmon Teriyaki are a must try. It was our first time to try the Japenses fresh tomato and sea salt, I've never tasted a better tomato ever! It was sweet, sour and crunchy, the intensity of flavour was immense!
