The Palms in Boracay is located at the more quiet area of Boracat, Station 1. However it is not a beach front hotel (2 minutes walk to the beach) so we had to rent beach beds at another hotel so we can hang out at Station 1 area. Luckily, our visit wasn't during peak season so the resorts at the beach front had spare beds to rent to us.

The hotel is nicely designed but obviously needs some fixing. Our stay took place during rainy days and we are surprised to find the staircase and hallway (4th level) wet from leaks on the ceiling. These are such dangerous hazards. I don't understand why we were assigned on that floor even if the hotel is not booked.

Can't count on the view because it is basically surrounded with other buildings under construction.

The staff are very well mannered, pleasant and friendly. Good service delivery from everyone from Guards, bellboys drivers, reception, housekeepers and restaurant staff.
If it were not for the staff, this would not have gotten my 3 stars.

My family and i just got back from our 4d/3n vacation in Boracay. We stayed in Palms of Boracay in Station 1. The hotel is generally ok. they have really big big rooms and friendly staff. They have big swimming pool too. Though its quite far from Station 2 where the all night party is happening, they have a shuttle that will take their guests to D'Mall Station 2 every 30 minutes. or else, you can easily ride a tricycle and pay p60-100 for all 5 passengers. the resort is just a short walk to the beach shoreline. Perfect place for Honeymooners

Room Tip: their deluxe room is very big and cozy

My Fiance and I stayed with Palms of Boracay Oct 2013. The staff here were so accommodating and friendly and our room was beautiful and clean. We arranged with them and their PhWedding associates to organise our wedding ceremony via email and facebook from Australia. They all did an amazing job and our wedding day was perfect and memorable. From all the little details to the big ones, they did it all and well. We can't thank you all enough. Fantastic holiday and the most amazing wedding. You guys couldn't have chosen a better ceremony location for us. All our guests were wow'd. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou. We also loved how this hotel was situated in the quieter, relaxing area of Boracay Beach, but yet close enough to everything either by walking or shuttle.

Stay away from this horrible hotel!
The worst service ever!!!!
This supposed to be our honey moon, we couldn't think of a worst ending then this!
Not even a hot sower...! And when we asked to fix it, they said this is how it is!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASH!
Towels are served dirty, bed sheets have stains.
We can't wait to leave this place!!!

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and we were all very disappointed. When we first walked in this hotel we could only see the construction sites around the hotel and we regretted to book it ahead... But I was too late all the money was already paid off.

The water in the pool is filthy, covered with a layer of oily stuffs and besides it, also a construction site, very ugly view from everywhere in the hotel...

And they just kept forgetting things with house keeping in several rooms, like toilet papers, water bottles.. And they only offer water bottles the first day not each day, if u need them the next day u will need to pay extra money for it, it was very unpleasant 'cause it's just the basic things...

Other problems...broken fridge or full of mould, hot water didn't run constantly, noise form the construction in the rooms, bad design in the shower( it just flooded in the bathroom every time u have a shower), pretty bad condition in the bathroom(broken bathtub and wasn't clean at all !), very very poor breakfast, don't even provide drinking water or tea...

There only 2 shuttle buses, and they only run one at a time! It was totally not enough for everyone in the hotel, and since this hotel was full if Chinese tourist group, there's not a chance u can get on the only bus..! So if u gonna stay there prepare your money for cabs!

Ok ! here comes the few good things, the room is spacious, location isn't too bad, not far from the nice beach, some staffs were friendly( some were not!)

But our recommend is 'try not to stay here!'
