About 200meter away from grand heaven and 300 meter away from heaven atmajaya, this is one of favorite hotel to families that have relatives put in heaven. Also not far from emporiumall make it qn easy access for people who have businesses around the area. Breakfast is okay. Room and bathroom is clean.

Came here last month with my family. The location is good but if you want to find food, it's so difficult you must take a taxi or ojek to destination. Emporium Mall and Pluit Hospital is near this hotel. Actually because this hotel is new, the room of this hotel is clean and nice staff also there is a free breakfast in the morning and great taste breakfast. Overall well done for this hotel.

Came here last week with my husband. Location was OK only. Nearby not so many food but the hotel quite near to Emporium Mall.

Room was surprisingly quite big (for budget hotel size). Cleanliness can be better. Wifi not so good (often disconnecting). Food surprisingly good. Front office staff not friendly (no smile, not helpful), the security staff was much more friendly than the front office staff. Maybe the management can swap them, LOL.

I've 2 major things that quite disturbing me :
1. Since checked in, I already asked the staff (named Hakim) to give us quiet room (as I very easily get disturb with sound) and he gave the room at the end of the floor (near the staff lift and the house keeping store room). On my 2nd night here, hell it was very noisy. Seems like all the staff were gathering in front of my room (maybe they all went to the housekeeping store room) and made me couldn't sleep again! After I put the "don't disturb" then only the noise was gone! -_-

2. I forgot to bring two pin socket to Indonesia and I called the front office (female staff) to borrow and she said she didn't have it. My husband also asked the front office guy (with Hakim again if I'm not mistaken) to borrow the two pin socket and he said he going to let the engineer come and check. But the engineer never come. It was quite annoying because our phone battery was almost flat. And inside room only have one 3 pin socket plug and me and my husband need to take turn charging it.
On my last day, I tried to explain again about this two pin socket and voila! the front office staff straight away lend it to me. So the past few days me and my husband keep trying to borrow and they keep saying they didn't have is it because they really didn't have it or they don't understand what we trying to explain?

I've been stay on a few Amaris hotel in Indonesia. They're all nice. I didn't get any problems at all.
But this amaris, i need to say i feel quite dissapointed. Their bed is not really comfortable. And the worst thing, their aircon is so hot. I'm not really into aircon-person. But this time, i really feel the aircon doesn't work really well. We slept on sweat because of it :(
For the breakfast, it's like the other Amaris. Satisfied me.

The staff is nice and polite. So nice.
I really wish the management could improve the service more. Because i believe, there are still many people still wanna go back and stay in Amaris, just like me.
