Good place to go for good Thai food. Some decent draft beer on tap. Service is ok. Place is very small but they put tables outside. So not a great place on hot day (or a very rare cold days). Not a place if you don't want to sit close to smoking people.
My wife and I enjoyed lunch at a restaurant next door and decided to return in the evening as it looked a great location - sitting outside watching the world go by. We returned to the same restaurant and after sitting down we decided to menu was not very good (aimed at typical European boring fried food type guests) and switched restaurants and were very glad we did.
We had a few dishes; the squid was a little over cooked but the rest of the dishes made up for it. Fresh, full of flavour and in the case of one spicy dish a fair amount of heat. The waiter did warn us and it was true to their word - hot and spicy and delicious.
I would recommend this restaurant. Just make sure you do not sit at the one next door by mistake.....
On a busy evening we found a table at this restaurant. We were not too sure what to expect, but the food was really good! You can watch football on big screens. We were seated right next to a screen and could not hear each other anymore, but the owner was so friendly to move us to another table.
This restaurant is centrally located and offered a reasonable choice of Thai dishes. It was popular with all outside tables occupied. The service was good, the staff were attentive and the food was good all at moderate prices (by HK standards)
