Booked this hotel for our trip to HK, This hotel is really pretty, although the location of the hotel was abit far away from the buildings and the nearest MTR.
Free shuttle bus service was provided by the hotel, its very convenient for guest like us who are traveling frequently.

Check in was done quickly and professionally by Nicky, Both my partner and i didnt know how to speak cantonese. Thankfully, FO Nicky was able to speak english :)
Overall our stay in Royal View Hotel was awesome! rooms was very clean, and very pretty too. Both my partner and i really love the room, also microwaves were provided in the room. It was very convenient for us too! We are planning to come back to stay at the same hotel if we were to come back HK for a visit! Thank you for having us!

This was my first and last stay in this poor service hotel and the staff members at the reception, housekeeping and room service have very bad attitude and it seems that they did not get proper training.
I also work in hospitality industry and luxury segment and I have served lots of Hong Kong guest and they have very high expectations and I was having the same expectation when I’m traveling with in the Hong Kong, but I don’t feel that the people who are providing the service have the same mentality towards to the customer.
We booked a room for 3 person and the breakfast they only provide for 2 person and we ask to fix the issue and the reception staff said that you contact the agent and we cannot fix. The the room was set up for 2 person and call reception for 3 times and no response and call housekeeping and after trying 2 times some one answer the call and and later call the room service and ask for big ice bucket and person came with small ice bowl and cannot speak in English and just left and later no response.

We had a great stay here, ended up booking 4 more nights upon our return to HK. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was terrific. We were upgraded to the seaview room which was really cool, views of the 2 bridges, mountains, small and big freight ships. Breakfast selection and service was good despite a busy morning, food items refilled in a timely manner. Alice was attentive with our kids and arranged seating quickly. The manager Isaac was also very hospitable and welcomed all the guest. We enjoyed his restaurant recommendations! We also enjoyed the beach nearby, something different than the hustling and bustling that HK offers. Overall, we had a good experience here and most importantly a good nights rest...

Room tip: Nice sandy beach 5 mins walking distance, outdoor showers available..

So happy that I chose this hotel for our family trip. Though it is a bit far from the city, the shuttle provided by the hotel helps tourists to go to the nearest mtr (Tsuen Wan). Kids playroom is a plus to those who will visit with kids. Breakfast is good, overall I will stay here again when I visit Hongkong in the future!

The staff at reception upgraded our room to sea view.

We have the package and the dinner buffet was absolutely good value for money.

The F&B staff were very nice, Cammy was professionally smiling while handling busy dinner period and Kin was very attentive serving us.

Morning breakfast buffet got a variety of choices as well and was way more busy than I expected, the manager in glasses quickly arranged a table for us and avoid us queuing for the breakfast.

Thank you so much for the Royal View Hotel team for the memorable stay and we sure will come back soon.
