THE FOUR SEASONS Hong Kong is a luxurious and beautiful hotel. The only negative experience I had was the attitude of their front desk staff.
Check in time commences at 3pm, however on arrival I was told the room was not ready and I was asked to wait in the lobby. I waited for 90 minutes without any offer of a beverage or apology not least for the inconvenience.It wasn't until I noticed that my luggages by the front desk had been moved did I decide to ask the front desk staff for an update. I had engagement planned for that afternoon which I had to cancel as I had no idea when I could check-in.
one occasion I thought the staff was condescending and quite rude.
I expected a high level of service and hospitality from a world class Hotel like the Four Seasons. This experience tainted it a little which was a real shame.More
