A very pleasant experience! Our room had two huge twin beds (about the size of a standard double) which provided ample space for us. The staff were all courteous, efficient and professional. The buffet breakfast was excellent with choices to suit all tastes. We ate dinner in the Finds restaurant one evening, and were impressed with the main course, but the desert was Amazing! Tofu served three ways.....if you're not keen on Tofu you may steer clear of this, but trust me you will be missing the most delicious of deserts! Overall a lovely hotel in a great location, with good sized rooms by HK standards

The hotel is good and is very near Nathan road and Tsim Sha Tsui, which is the main shopping area for tourists. Most of everything is in walking distance. We went to a DimSum restraunt which is quite near Luxe Manor. You turn right out of the hotel and walk down towards Nathan road then turn left before Nathan road. Walk down about 500 ft and the restraunt is on your right hand side building on the 2nd floor. The Temple road market is also nearby where there is street food - which is good.

Pros:
- great location in the heart of Kowloon, 4 blocks from the metro station and 2 blocks from the airport bus stop.
- comfortable beds with clean, new linens and 4 high quality pillows
- decent Internet connection
- huge breakfast spread with let's of options (same options every day, if you get there early the food is a bit stale from sitting out for a while)
- the lobby smelled amazing
- warming pads were provided to us for the new year celebration
- everyone is very nice, not to be confused with effective
- the soap, shampoo, conditioner was nice

Cons:
- Despite ordering the "superior" room, we were given the smallest room on the floor with a double bed, difficult for two adults who aren't used to sleeping in such confined spaces.
- our view was a dilapidated building about 1.5 meters away, it literally looked like it was falling apart and there was always a woman doing dishes in the window right across from us.
- every night we would near music playing somewhere outside, it would die down between 11-12, but if you wanted to sleep earlier it was nearly impossible.
- the room decor was hideous, it seemed that whatever furniture was left over from decorating the other rooms was placed in here. Shabby-chic, country modern and 70's retro all thrown together, it was not good. To top it all off, our night lamps were two dogs that looked like they had seen things that could not be unseen.
- the bathroom left much to be desired. The sink mirror was only lit by one lamp on the side with a very low bulb, all the rest of the light came from behind your head. The shower had only a curtain that would stick to you as you showered, making the experience very uncomfortable. The two shower heads had poor water pressure and the hand held one had the spray going in all different directions.
- despite it being 10 degrees outside, the maid continued to put the A/C on at 20, she changed it all 5 days we were there, so that are room would be cold when we returned. I'd switch it to heat but it'd take a while to warm the room, making it very unpleasant for us since we were already cold from outside, but honestly I'm just being really nitpicky about it
- While staying there, part of the electricity went out in our room (tv, phone and one wall of electric circuits) around midnight. We informed the staff and were told to talk to the desk tomorrow morning. The next morning, we informed the desk of our electrical problems and were told someone would look into them that day. When we returned in the evening, 13 hours later, nothing had been done and we had the same problems. I had to again return to the front desk and this time they sent someone up promptly. They fixed the phone and electric circuits but could not get the remote to work. I was given a universal remote as a work around but it would only work at very close range so the only way to change channels or turn off the tv was to stand right in front of the tv and hold the remote at shoulder level. For $400+ USD a night, I expected better service and room quality.

We checked in to Luxe Manor on 26 Dec 2012 for 3 nights.

The Royale Suite was very spacious with separate living area and dining table, additional washroom, a foyer, separate bedroom and huge bathroom with separate tub, twin basins, WC and shower cubicle( Hangrohe items were used).

The concierge team helped us to make reservation in several restaurants. But the responsiveness to our requests and emails were slow cruised.
Anyhow thank the concierge team!

The staff like Sam, Fiona, Wai and Gary had offer their assistant to make our stay a good experience.
Thank all of them.

The breakfast was fully buffet style. Variety was limited and not so quality but quite sufficient. The cafe where serving breakfast was too clouded and noisy.

The rate offered to our Royale Suite including one way airport transfer, late check out upon availability, complimentary photo shooting in the hotel, complimentary mini bar replenished daily, daily complimentary pressing and dry cleaning...
Unfortunately, we had to call and ask for our mini bar to be replenished, water to be stocked up, we totally forgot about the photo shooting and laundry services. The hotel staff will never remind you of your privileges. Upon check out, they didn't even ask you for free photo shooting!

Normal laundry service was next day service unless otherwise specify and had to pay for extra.

Turn down service was a plus to this SLH (Small Luxury Hotel). Treats like fruit tarts, cakes and teas were placed in the living room for the guests to enjoy.

We like to thank the hotel for offering us a bottle of wine, some chocolate and chocolate bowl with berries for my anniversary celebration!

We saw the General Manager Mids Angel Chan in the cafe one morning, she was unfriendly and did not even greet hi or hello to the hotel guests.
Very unpleasant.
Unlike Sam, she greeted us by name in the cafe and she checked us out.
She was very friendly and nice!

With the price paid, the Royale Suite was a good choice but not the hotel as the offers were not complied to and no governing system to make sure the guests get what they paid for.
