Visited on the Thursday before Good Friday. First tip is to purchase the FasTrack pass which allows priority access to 7 rides (once only per ride) for $HK250. There is also a FasTrack pass for all rides for $HK350 however most rides did not have excessive queues until after lunch. Second tip, if you are not one of the first to use the cable car then use a FasTrack as the queues build to a 30 minute wait to get to the summit very quickly. Third tip is to get to Marine World early to go on the rides. Found that there was a minimal wait (5 mins) for all rides until after lunch so no need to use the FasTrack here. The Abyss and The Dragon are rides to do multiple times so do them early and save your FasTrack until after lunch. Unfortunately the Hair Raiser was closed for maintenance on the day I went but still managed to get in 20+ rides. Fourth tip is to get to the Dolphin and Seal show about 15 minutes early to get a good seat as they fill up quickly. Fifth tip, quite a few food outlets were closed on the day which meant long queues at those that were open so if you are going to eat do so early. Sixth tip, there is good strong wifi throughout the park so download the app as it gives you GPS positioning and real time waiting times at the rides and will save you time and save you from getting lost! Also, be prepared to walk a lot and to walk up and down hills a lot. Whilst there are escalators the park is built into the side of a mountain after all! All in all a good fun day. As with everything in Hong Kong, plan well and in advance and you will have a great time.
