See below under “room tip”; they got to work on friendliness at the check in/out; too “mechanical “; again, lack of bell staff to help with luggage was very strange. Super breakfast, great variety at the buffet

Room tip: Spacious room, terrific bed, elegant bathroom Fantastic breakfast buffet, good value for the money The only issue was that they do not seem to have bell staff to help with the luggage, very strange

5 stars accommodation with highest quality services, and Good food !!
Convenient access to subway terminal.
Airport transport available.
Duty manager Jasen Fung is the person who will provide you with upmost personalized hospitality.
Ask him for any accommodations upgrade. He will complete your super memorable stay. This is my favorite hotel in Hong Kong!

Rooms substandard
Breakfast buffet is a joke when looking at what good restaurants they offer in hotel.
Lift system for higher floors (+15 floor) are bad forcing one to change 2-3 times the lift going up or down.

I often stay in Royal Garden Hotel for business trip simply because it is our corporate hotel. Nevertheless, I considered this hotel is excellent simply because:
1) Rate is reasonable
2) Location is good - walking to distance to major shopping malls and MTR stations
3) Service is excellent
4) Provide local mobile phone so you can use it for local calls and data.
5) Breakfast - lot of varieties and tasty

Well located with luxury facilities. the breakfast in de 12th stage is very intimate. the staff is super atencious. quality live music every night. great new bar J Bistro. the pool is very big and the view very nice.
