The short hair waitress is very nice and considerable. She gave my daughter a more suitable chair when she saw my girl using the foldable chair.

Food quality and portion was mediocre at its price.
Not as comfortable to sit when you go with a big group.
Certainly lack of hands to deliver good service level esp. during peak hours (went on a Friday lunch)!

I recalled that until 1-2 years ago, Pizza Express has offered a executive lunch set menu with around $100 for 1 person (1 appetizer+1 main dish+1 drink) or $160 for 2 persons (2 appetizer+1 main dish+2 drink). The main dish is in large portion and definitely enough for a big guy. Now they change the menu and only offer lunch set for single person. The price is still $100 but they have SIGNIFICANTLY cut down the portion of the main dish. It is just barely enough to feed a lady with a small appetite. You have to pay another $50 to increase the portion, in other sense, they have almost increased the price by 50%. No longer a good option for lunch. If you are around the Festival Walk, EXP and Simply Life are definitely better if you go for budget options.

Food is good but it is too small in dish. Not that value for money. Service is average. It is a good choice if you want to have a quiet place.
