Spend a few days in Hong Kong and enjoy a wonderful dinner at this restaurant. This is the third time I have been this restaurant and not once disappointed.
The Peking Duck is so crispy and tasty and love the stuffed lotus. The winter melon soup is just wonderful in the middle of summer.

When in HongKong finding an excellent to your taste of Chinese food can be challenging. We found one and to our taste, steam chicken, bbq pork were a few menu we ordered and the chicken was the best I had taste it in a while. I’d love to return for additional to try. Indeed it’s great one.

I had lunch here with 3 colleagues. The BBQ pork was very good as was the crispy pork. The singapore noodles were missing the curry flavour, it was not very good. The wontons in chilli oil was very good, as was the crispy tofu.
The baked tapioca pudding was very good as well.
The service was ok, but the tea was not not!
I would go back for sure!

Food is delicious. We especially love roasted goose, barbecue pork and fried rice with conpoy and roasted duck. (We came here a couple of months earlier. The pork was not this tender though but we decided to give it another chance and it is just perfect this time.) Other dishes are also delicious. The service is not like 5 star hotel all smiley face but they are efficient. Food is fast. Whatever we asked from a couple of waiters around us came fast. We are happy with the service.

Note that this time we came on weekday so there were no queue at 12:00 but there was a queue on weekend last time.

Came here for dim sum and generally found the food good. Your general dim sum type food that was good and tasty. Had their daily special soup which was really good. One thing that stood out was their Xiao Long Baos - they came with individual squirters of the vinegar - you could poke into the top of your dumpling and squirt the vinegar In, then eat. Thought that was pretty cool.
