A cool design hotel with great prices, cool details and very positive and attentive staff. Amazing view from our room.
Free minibar (a marketing revolution - why has no one else thought of this? A 50 cent can of coke gives echo around the world.). Cool pool on 9th floor.
The hotel is actually a training hotel and belongs to one of the Univercities in Hongkong.
The lobby is a little bit too functionalistic in its design for my taste. Not a place to wait for a business meeting or have a "before the meeting chat" as all sitting is done in one big piece of furniture designed for groups to wait for a bus - and large groups often do.
Also I miss a place for reasonably priced "I am just hungry" food. HKD600 for a buffet is a little too much when you just want a small nite-bite...
But the service is perfect. The amenities likewise. Location - well if you want Tsim Sha Tsui this is as good as it gets - but personally I'll go Hong Kong Island next time.
The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is that is does not quite have that relaxed 5-star luxury feeling, and this is because the good value attracts large number of leisure travellers. So a little catch 22 there.
Would not hesitate a second to recommend it.
