I booked an Executive Premier Room thinking I would get a large room with a view. That wasn't the case, the window was tiny, resulting in a dark grotto feeling. It didn't help that the door was fitted so poorly that I could hear every word spoken in the hallway, as well as every ding of the elevator, creak of the service cart and fumbling of a guest for their keycard. Inversely this will also mean people can hear everything you do in your room from the hallway.
The bathroom lights refused to turn off and the hotel had no umbrellas when it rained. Bellhop service only noticed me after I had checked in and made my way to the elevator, which is disappointing. I didn't have the heart to try the breakfast after all this.More
