Our first visit to China, My husband wanted to try theBeijing duck , I have to confess that I wasnt very excited about it, but I loved the experience ! Taste is rich and the restaurant has a great environment.

The restaurant is very clean - you have a personal waiter for cleaning the roast duck - french wines - the price is quite fair

A local recommended this Da Dong restaurant and it was quite hard to get a reservation - and we now know why. We ordered roast duck together with two vegetables and rice.
The duck served at Da Dong is remarkable! Crispy skin, sublime flavor, succulent meat, not too oily, all perfectly sliced and beautifully presented.
While it might be in Beijing not the cheapest roast duck restaurant, it is worth every penny.

The duck skin was like glass. I don't think you could find a better example of the famous Peking roast duck.
