Stayed at this hotel for three nights. The staff at the reception were polite and helpful. One of them could speak English. I stayed in the deluxe room which was spacious and the toilet was clean and had all the toiletries as compliments. The cleanliness of the bed linen and towels deserves special mention. The a/c in my room was quiet.
The spread of food for the breakfast was good and had Western and Chineese variety with at least three kinds of fresh fruits. The major advantage as far as i was concerned was its proximity to the famous Tien An Men Square and The forbidden city. Only about eight minutes walk from the front door. The front office manager Phoenix even helped me to buy train tickets to Shanghai and to keep my luggage to be collected on return. Overall i had a very nice stay at this hotel.More
