Let's start with the positives. The room was nice, and some of the staff were very helpful.
BUT... The AC had major issues. They spent about two hours in the evening fixing it, and you don't really want workmen in your bedroom for two hours. They finally got the room heating up. However, the next day the room was too hot, and there was no way to turn it down. There was obviously a serious malfunction, and that meant another visit...
Even worse than that, when I dialled zero to get help, it took an average of five minutes for someone to answer. I'm not exaggerating. This happened on three separate occasions. I might also point out that I gave the shuttle driver a small tip, and he looked at it and said, "That's a very small tip." (I had just tipped the guy who came to our room for the bags 50 pounds, and another guy who helped me 50 pounds, so I was running out of small notes by this stage.) The hotel could probably do with a little service training.

Everything was perfect. We just stayed there for an early morning stay. Nothing to complain about. It is just a short walk to the airport, I think T3, and you can conveniently cross a bridge which is directly connected between hotel and terminal. Room service was very fast.
