Khan Al-Khalili is an open-air bazaar and definitely worth visiting while in Cairo. It's filled with Egyptian and hand made souvenirs but also some that are made in China! So be sure to look for labels if you want to purchase authentic Egyptian made items.
Very nice market for local souveniers.its well geared up for the tourist market need to be careful with family because its very busy mk sure u bargain well
One of the ancient places. You can buy souvenirs ,lots if variety reasonable prices..Restaurants and cafes are available. It has a memorable different atmosphere..
A walk down Khan Al-Khalili brings back an air of the Nobel prize novelist Naguib Mahfooz right there. A visit to Cairo won't be complete without a walk down those narrow alleyways
Good variety, but be aware that you need to negotiate the prices. Don't be pressured into accepting any offer you are not comfortable with.
