As a vegan the most suitable for me was the Egyptian Breakfast, delicious .
Very beautiful outdoor patio on the Nile to enjoy the breakfast.
The staff are very polite and helpful.

We loved everything about this hotel! The rooms were clean and had a breathtaking view of the Nile River. The best thing were the friendly staff always trying to help you. Especially Tamer and Mahmoud at the Club Longe. They spoiled us for our entire stay. They were always making sure we had everything we needed and more. They worked with so much passion and I can say that they are excellent at their job. I highly recommend Sofitel Cairo. I would definitely return!

However, the hotel manager was not cooperative as I had to leave one day early due to an emergency and insisted to charge me additional night due to cancellation clause which is to my understanding before checking in this clause is applicable and not after checking in. Anyhow this was the only bad experience we met during our recent vist.

The hotel is just in the center of Cairo with amazing sights of downtown Cairo. The staff is very polite, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is on el Zamalek island, so you can explore all the important spots, and walking by the river Nile is amazing.
