I have stayed in many hotels in Cairo and this one is just the best along with Marriott Mena House. Excellent service and highly professional staff at the reception. Couldn't enjoy my stay to the max due to corona but still had a great time.

Excellent in all respects. At this time of Covid-19, they maintain extremely high sanitation standards. In spite of attracting relatively few guests because of the pandemic, they retained full personnel. The entire staff was exemplary -- standouts were Ahmed at the reception, Mohammed M., at the superb breakfast buffet (manager) and the gentelmen who cleaned our room. We enjoyed the opportunity to swim in January in the heated pool. The gym is phenomenally well equipped.

I was there in December 2020 and enjoyed it.

The staff were friendly, the room view was great, the beds and pillows are super comfortable and the food at the garden & at the banquet were great.
On the downside, the spa wasn't the best experience and the breakfast buffet was very poor.
