Every time I visit Heavenly Spa I always come out feeling as if I had spent a few hours in heaven! The Spa itself has a relaxing atmosphere where you can disconnect from the outside world. It is very well managed, scheduling an appointment is very easy, therapies always start on time and all areas are always very clean and tidy, including the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The pool area is great, the temperature of the water is nice and warm, plus they have some water jets for additional relaxation and a bar where you can order drinks to keep you hydrated.
The Spa therapists are very professional; I've had had many treatments, massages, scrubs, facials and I've always enjoyed them all. I love their bathrobes, they are so nice and soft and their treatment beds are awesome since they can be heated so you won't feel cold during your massage.
The relaxation area where they take you after your massage has cozy relaxing chairs and you can have hot tea, detox waters and some nuts. The Spa food menu is also very good, not only offering healthy but tasty dishes too.
Birgit Marie Solheim, the Spa Manager is always very kind and friendly, providing a personalized service and going the extra mile in putting attention to details so your Spa visit will be special and enjoyable. I've been to other Spas in Cairo and this is definitely my favorite, I will for sure be going there again for a Xmas treat!
