I have booked a family room and a twins room for my stay with friends. The family room is very spacious and the TV is very big and new. The location is great too which allows us to visit the shopping malls nearby in the evening and it is also convenient to go to other areas by underground or taxi. The hotel staff are generally friendly and helped us book a jumbo taxi to airport (cost around KRW95,000). One point not particularly satisfied is the temperature of the water in the shower is not stable, not sure if it is due to the floor we stayed in (14/F of a total of 15/F)

This budget hotel was much better than I expected. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious, with every facility we needed. After reading earlier reviews, I had been fearing mosquitoes, but we found none. Bottled water was provided for the first day, but there was a fountain for filtered water in the corridor.
The breakfast was just adequate.
The reception staff were variable: depended who you got, whether they spoke English, and whether they were prepared to go that extra mile.
Airport bus 6001 drops off and picks up at the door, and was very well organised.
The location is good, with a convenience store next door, and shopping centres within an easy walk. The entry to the metro is just at the corner, giving access to a much cheaper way to the airport.

Pros:
Location is good, within walking distance of subway station, eating, and shopping and next door to a 24 hr mini-mart. It's also one of the stops on the airport bus which is convenient. There's coin-op laundry available, though it's not on every floor and usually requires a little wait. There's a small kitchenette which we didn't really use. The price is good and the rooms are spacious and internet is free. The rooms are also quite clean.

Cons:
The sink in the bathroom is tiny and I ended up using the kitchenette sink instead. The beds are also pretty narrow. There's no restaurant or cafe within the hotel. There are other hotels (like Ibis) which I prefer more for shopping and eating. The TV is very small and old. Of course I don't come to Seoul to stay in the hotel to watch TV, but it's fun sometimes to see what's showing. There's a dorm-room feel to it, which some people may not like.

Overall this hotel is a great place to stay, especially if you are with family and kids. It's definitely more spacious than most of the other hotels and the price is very reasonable.
