This is a nice, quiet little park to sit down an have a rest in between seeing the sights of the city. There are plenty of benches to sit down on, enough trees to provide shade, nice colourful tiles under the water and a fair few statues spread around the park as well. I'm glad I stopped by!

It's an amazing feat of the city, grab some baked goods and enjoy the breeze at the park at any time of the day, there's one on almost every street

In the center of Tbilisi between Rustaveli Avenue and the Dry Bridge, near the collective farm area hiding a small green park named April 9th. Initially it was called "Alexander Garden". Very nice on a hot summer day to take refuge in the shade of its trees.
The place named in honor of those killed in the struggle for the independence of Georgia
