We went there in the late afternoon to chill out with co-workers after a long day meeting but ended up with nice dinner all the way to the evening.
The food were nicely done and The Chef himself made a special dessert for us.
The best Italian cuisine in the town..

It is probably a marketing choice, however in my opinion the menu is too elaborate. Moreover, again in my opinion, in doing so you do not make known the real Italian cuisine, which is simple and without many frills.

I ordered the special which was amazing. It was the best pasta I have ever eaten. There was a big 3' diameter parmesan cheese rolled over to our table. The cook poured some alcohol in the center which was like a bowl. Then he lit it, melted the cheese in the flame. He added the pasta and swirled it coating it really well. In a skillet he cooked some truffles and mixed this with this pasta and served. Wow!! We really enjoyed talking with Nicholas the manager. He was so interesting.

We were staying in the hotel and after a hectic day decided to try their Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is elegant yet warm and friendly and the food is excellent. Decent wine list as well. We returned the following night for dinner again and there was an orchestra playing the most wonderful music while we ate our dinner. We ordered both pasta and pizza and both were very well executed. Our server spoke excellent English and was so well trained it was a delight to watch him in action. Overall great experience.
