I ordered the special which was amazing. It was the best pasta I have ever eaten. There was a big 3' diameter parmesan cheese rolled over to our table. The cook poured some alcohol in the center which was like a bowl. Then he lit it, melted the cheese in the flame. He added the pasta and swirled it coating it really well. In a skillet he cooked some truffles and mixed this with this pasta and served. Wow!! We really enjoyed talking with Nicholas the manager. He was so interesting.
