Having eaten here for the entire duration of our holiday, we can honestly say we enjoyed the restaurant very much.
High-lights at breakfast were the variety and quality of the fresh fruit and the most divine coffee.
The 'Happy Hour' fresh chips and fresh salsa had the husband raving.
At dinner, we loved the Calamari, Melanesian Curry, Filet Mignon and the vegetables. For my birthday treat on the jetty, the Veal Cutlets were delicious- generous, juicy and beautifully cooked.
I especially appreciated the range, quality and flavour of all the vegetables. In fact the most outstanding aspect of the food here is its quality of all the raw products which are then cooked to enhance this without too much fuss and a lot of french savoir-faire e.g the coconut creme caramel.
The menu is large enough to offer variety but small enough to encourage the perfecting of certain dishes but above all, the food is consistently good. As it is quite small, they are able to cook to order, modify and do this at any time of the day!
Like many tropical locations, the bread & pastries are average however the fresh fruits and ice-creams are an absolute delight.
This is a stylish restaurant with quality food and service.
