it was booked and then cancelled by Green Fees Direct - unbeknown to us when we had actually paid for the green fees. The Golf course showed e mails cancelling it but we did not get our money back.The apparent exchange of emails on the subject together with your confirmation to me that the 27th had been booked. Euros 318 had been paid
The pro’s shop managed to squeeze us in at the back of the field, however, they insisted that we pay again in order to do so (apparently they have not yet received any payment from Green Fees Direct and wouldn’t do until after we have played). The second attachment is the receipt and payment confirmation from the pro shop. We paid 1790 and the golf was thoroughly disappointing as we were a two ball out in a field of 4 balls.
We have tried without success to get our money back.
