My first ever meal in an Iraqi restaurant. This was good food, nice and spicy and very tasty. Iraqi tea also good flavoured with cardamom which I've had in coffee before, but not tea.. Friendly staff and good service. Sat outside, but inside quite extensive and attractive decor. A nice little find.

We took a private booth - though didn't close the curtain- and were served a feast of delights by impeccable staff. I enjoyed the kebab and the red rice washed down with complimentary Iraqi tea and accompanied by freshly squeezed fruit juices. My wife enjoys a rather more elobarte dish combining chicken and flatbread in a delicious stew. Recommended for atmosphere and cuisine

We stopped in based on a friend’s recommendation. We started with the garlic hummus (chickpeas on the menu). It was smooth and very flavorful. The bread was fresh and hot. The friend recommended the fish but it takes approximately 30 minutes to prepare so we opted for the mixed grill. The lamb and beef were local and a little bit Haney but it was cooked well. After clearing the table, they brought us a custard that was flavored with cardamom. It was cold and vey refreshing. Also included was a very black cardamom tea. Both were delicious as included with the meal. We will go back especially as the weather cool and for the outdoor seating.
