Is a middle eastern country what do you expect , location is good not bad at all , staff is friendly , hotel is to strict there is no alcohol in Kuwait , you can't have females visit even is they are just fiends , they have restaurant just next door and a stake & shake down the street , room was nice lot of space , they have safes , is far from the big avenues mall , did not had a bad experience on this hotel

This is a 4 stars hotel located in Cornish of Kuwait city.nits 20 minutes of airport. Rooms are wide & comfort, Service is good.Breakfast buffet is good, and there 3 different restaurants around, where you may have nice dinner.

I stopped counting the bathroom tiles with cracks and sought out the ones without. For a hotel that charges over £100 per night it was a little disappointing. Reception was a nice welcoming are but a soon as you step into the lift it all starts to show its age. Breakfast by the pool was good. The bedroom was clean and the bed very comfortable however the sheets an pillowcases were also showing their age. The wifi was a lottery. You could always get connected however it was pot luck if your chosen page was going to load.
The saving grace were the staff. Every member of staff I spoke to was extremely polite and professional. It didn't matter if your key had stopped working or you were after a restaurant recommendation I always felt they wanted to help. Just outside the hotel is a building site so going for a walk could be tricky. Worth a look if your other choices are fully booked.

A generally pleasant stay, but with a few niggles. There was non-existant wifi on my floor (though was reasonable access from lobby). The lift was very smelly at times, not to mention being small. Breakfast was good. The card access system was a little difficult to use. The toilet seat in my bathroom was barely attached to the toilet itself.

hotel was in the middle of a building site! obviously no photo, no indication from travel agent. Huge compressor like machine on side of building so the rooms that were nearby were hellish. The air conditioning was badly connected, at time odours from kitchen cooking was filtering through, not pleasant at all.
Personnel was very good and helpful
