Good access to haram from the hotel. I got the place at 20th place. This is haram view picture. Kaaba view will have better view. Lower floors have mall with good shopping options. Breakfast was good as well. Azan option inside room was available as well.

I stayed in Al Safwah hotel tower 1 for two nights, booked suite with Kabba view, the furniture is outdated due to over usage, the breakfast was standard, but the view and the location is the best in Mecca, and the price comparing it to the price is very reasonable, If u are considering to stay most of your time in Al Harram and want to enjoy the view of Al Kabba from your room with out paying a lot, then thjs is your best choice

Booked for for 1 night for my self and family at Alsafwah Dar Alghufran
Location is right next to Haram facing King Abdulaziz gate, actually i was able to see the hotel entrance from the Tawaf course!
When we stayed it was 3 weeks since Haj finished so it was off season, the price was about $ 120 per room per night
The reception and hotel staff were courteous and helpful, the breakfast was OK.
They granted us a very early check in as we arrived in the morning with 2 toddlers in tow and late checkout as well.
They provided cots for the children upon our request.
Huge number of shops and supermarkets all around.
The only downside is some of the rooms are small with small twin beds
I would definitely recommend it and I would come back again

We stayed at this hotel during hajj season. Check in and check put process was smooth. Free flow of welcome drinks were served at the lobby. Room was well maintained and clean. They served variety of food for their brekfast buffet. They have egg and waffle station that they will make upon your request. The south east asian foods were average. I hope they can improve the authenticity of the food like nasi goreng / fried rice as it commonly eaten by the respective guests.Staffs are friendly and attentive.
