“Perfect apartment for a perfect visit to Jerusalem!”

The service Eugene provided before, during, and after our stay was superb. He covered every question we could have thought of before we even had to ask! The property was immaculate, utterly charming, and was a wonderful way to experience actually "living" in Jerusalem rather than visiting a hotel there. The amenities were high end and very chic/modern. Loved having a TV in each room so no one was bothered if napping. Also, it was very convenient to be able to do laundry there without going to a laundromat (though one is very nearby). The kitchen was completely equipped and we did not have to bring in a thing, except our fresh goodies from the market. My husband and I were in love with our choice of location since it was central to everything. The Mahane Yehuda market is, of course, the center of all things yummy and fresh from produce to gourmet cheese, wines, and baked goods. We visited it many times during our stay, regardless of what our day's itinerary had been. The Old City is a 20-25 minute walk in one direction, and the Knesset and Israel Museum is about 20-25 minutes the other way--super convenient. Eugene was wonderful about providing information on restaurants, transportation, taxi service, parking, and precise directions into the courtyard apartment. It is located on a pedestrian only lane and we found Google Maps on our mobile phones to be a lifesaver while walking the winding lanes which make up the neighborhood. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend this property highly.

“Loved it!”
Reviewed 16 November 2015 for a stay in November 2015

Three of us stayed in this lovely apartment at the beginning of November and it was perfect for us. It is immediately obvious that the owner takes pride in his place and pays attention to every detail. It was immaculate, tastefully decorated and had comfortable beds with a TV in each bedroom! A large washroom with double shower heads, good quality towels, well equipped kitchen, etc, etc. The location was great for us, being just a short walk to the Machane Yehuda market was most convenient. We could buy fresh bread, cheese and fruit for breakfast or have a reasonable and tasty fresh meal at one of the many eateries there. It is also a short walk to the lite rail stop which we only used once, to get to Yad V'ashem. We like to walk, so we walked to the old city back and forth (20 to 25 min for us). This place is ideal for people who have no mobility issues. The charming pedestrian only walkways and the stairs separating levels in the apartment could be daunting to someone with limited mobility. Also a tip: never take a taxi along Agrippas street if you are in a hurry, it is faster to walk or better yet take the lite rail if convenient. I would rent this place again without a doubt. Thanks Eugene.

“Beautifully appointed, unique home in the heart of Nachlaot, near Machane Yehuda!”

Fantastic hidden gem in the heart of Nachlaot - the winding pedestrian-only alleyways provided a unique aesthetic element that enabled us to experience the culture of this neighborhood. We loved being walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Machane Yehuda market, and returning home to this property was a pleasure. We found it modern, relaxing, comfortable, and inviting. The front patio was an added bonus! Eugene was a superb host, responding to every inquiry almost instantly. He provided amazing directions to us so that we could find a parking garage and his apartment with ease. Eugene seemed genuinely interested in meeting our needs, and we appreciated his kindness. We highly recommend this property!

“Wonderful fine”

This is a lovely 2 bedroom home in a fabulous location, just a few blocks away from Mahane Yehuda. If you like to walk, it was only about 15-20 minutes to the old city.
We were four adults and a baby. We set up the crib in the living room as the bedrooms are typical Israeli size, enough for 2 adults but not for an additional child. There are stairs to the upstairs bedroom and to the downstairs bedroom. There is an outside, private garden area. Washer available and we hung our clothes outside in the garden to dry.
While the apartment is located in an older section of Jerusalem (on a narrow walking street with no cars), the inside is very modern and comfortable. Bathroom has two shower heads. Free wifi. The whole place was clean and comfortable.
I would rent it again in a heart beat.

“Homey”
Reviewed 1 March 2015 for a stay in February 2015

Make sure that trip advisor informs you of the location beforehand- we had a hard time reaching the owner prior to arrival. Great location, but no direct access to parking/street which might be a problem if you are coming with a lot of luggage. Walking distance to many great Jerusalem attractions including 5 minutes from the famous shuk where you can buy fresh fish, meat, vegetables and cheeses in a very authentic setting. The bed is excellent, we slept very well.

Hi, thank you so much for the review, though ALL the information including the street address and Google maps link is included in the description and is available to you PRIOR to arrival.
I'd like to ask to raise the star rating to 5 stars since the accommodation is 5 stars compared to ALL other places in Jerusalem city center.

Thank you , Eugene
