The hotel is situated at a close location to the Holy area with a nice view of the land. 130 years of history could be seen from the entrance.
The accommodation and dining experience is something different that you need to do especially if you are interested with religious history. There is no great amenity and technology that you should expect from the history.
I suggest for all purposes.

We've booked a one night stay at the hotel in a room for 3 people - it was clean and neat, bathroom well equipped. We had a dinner on the rooftop - along with a breathtaking view, the food was delicious and the service was kind ( although the visit at the restaurant is quite pricy). Thanks to the excellent location of the hotel we were able to explore the old city and also visit the mamila shopping center in a matter of minutes. Hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful, also there is a parking lot available for free. The breakfast was sufficiently diverse and tasty.

This is an excellent hotel to stay at for a pilgrimage. It is well located outside New Gate, an easy walk to the Holy Seplechure. It is very clean. The WiFi works well. The staff, especially Abeer at the front desk, are outstanding. This is my second stay here and it gets better each time.

Hotel was very busy. Was over booked by 20 rooms. Rooms are small but clean and well maintained. Shower is like a phone booth. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location to the old city. It has been around a long time. Rooftop bar restaurant has a great view of the old city.

Beautiful hotel located near the old gate. Great staff welcomed us at midnight. Our room was quiet thanks to wooden shutters on the inside of our street view room. Buffet had good selection of food and our room was very clean. There's a Shoud of Turin exhibit adjacent to the hotel that's worth seeing. Large chapel in the middle of the hotel for pray and a wonderful bar/lounge on the rooftop. The prices for alcohol in the cafe on the bottom floor are half the price, but less of a view. One big fault is the hardness of the beds especially at the end of a long day on your feet in pilgrimage.
