Wait staff very responsive, even when very busy. Quickly brought ice water when asked, before taking our orders. I ordered the spinach-leek shakshuka, but forgot to ask for its eggs to be wet inside. The place was packed. Rather than catch the waitress's attention, I got up, went in to the counter, and asked the barista to relay my request to the kitchen staff. She did. The kitchen got it perfect. Definitely going back.

Very mediocre food with great inconsistency between their meals. Not recommended unless you are drunk or have poor sense of taste

My husband and I love this place for mid-week breakfast.

Food: excellent sandwiches! Very good coffee and sweets

Atmosphere: European style, good music, not too loud, you can talk/work/study

Location :
there is place to park the car ! For free!

The Grand Cafe has a "grand" name and a "grand" location and pleasing atmosphere, with a chef restaurant style menu.

If you get visit when it is not that busy, you are likely to enjoy the food. If however, you come when the restaurant is at full capacity (as a popular destination is most of the time) it is more than likely that you will have to wait and if the kitchen is under pressure, undercooked food.

The ownership needs to find a better balance of capacity and quality.

Could be great.

I came here three times in two weeks and every time had a different experience. Breakfast and lunch was just ok but dinner was very nice. Service was confused during day time but much nicer in evening. I was under the impresion they can't handle their busy hours. Prices are high. Forget about parking near by.
