Nothing make happier then good start of the day:
Gather with my wife and the baby having our fruit and basic bread and butter and milk. None of there was available! Ridiculous. What made matters worse was how offensive the staff feel when I’ve asked for those things. Not nice experience

I had mild complaints of the service, and our room was dusty in dire need of updating. (I have a dust allergy.) Admittedly, they generally tried to offer hospitality and extra bedding. However, the sounds of Al Jazeera playing too loud in the tiny lobby, and political comments nonstop by Arab staff, interfered with my hotel experience. Aside from the barrage of spoken propaganda, continental breakfast was fine. Getting out and about was an inconvenience. The private tours don’t pick up or drop off here. Also, we were promised underground parking, but for seemingly political reasons (when reception found out we were from a country not of their choice) on check-in, the promise was not upheld. We were told to park on the unkempt street, although the vicinity did not look clean or safe. Nothing impressive to eat was in walking distance for lunch/supper. I would consider the above reasons a factor for women not to stay here alone.

Booked at Booking.com...will never do it again!!!
Hotrible place! Dirty and room suposed to be a suite! ....well...it was unsafe and very very old! Not a suite at all.
We are now in a fight to get our money back. They did not offer us another room but the guy behind the desk told us to make a complain at booking.com because he knew that this hotel is horrible!
Dont go there!!!!!!

I do not like people who lie and cheat the tourist, so be very careful with the staff. Although during the first days we had a very kind receptionist who gave us a lot of information at all times, the last day (9/12/17) was not working. So we asked to his substitute where was the sherut stop to go to Tel Aviv, but he assured us a thousand times that it was sabbath and wasnt a sherut lefting the city, and he added that he could call a taxi driver friend who would charge us "only" 100 dollars. Faced with our refusal, he tried to scare us insisting that we would be left without. We took a risk and asked in the street and effectively, hundreds of sheruts came out continuously. Trying to cheat the client is the worst thing you can do, as a professional and as a person. We are very disappointed, because being a tourist you expect them to try to cheat you anywhere, but not at your hotel.
