Very nice room - small but very nicely designed so size is almost unnoticeable.
Great location right up jaffa street, adj. To zion squere. Extremely close to light rail stations and many attractions and old city. Great value for money.

It’s a new and modern hotel just a few minutes walking from Jaffa gate. Well positioned in the shopping downtown and well furnished. Our room was little for two adults and a girl but confortable. The first night it was not easy to sleep cause of the music noise coming up from the road till the early morning. Staff polite but a little bit cold and as the very little offers of the bar service. We expected better

Comfortable, centrally located hotel with a delicious breakfast buffet. I enjoyed being in this lively neighborhood with many restaurants and street musicians. The staff at the front desk was very helpful providing advice and travel assistance. For those who might need to do laundry during their trip, there is a self-service laundromat across the street. We especially appreciated meeting Hani who greeted us warmly on many occasions during our stay.

The location is the great. Rooms are confortable, but a lit bit small and not very well cleaned during your stay. The breakfast is great and service on the restaurant is very good - the manager is very polite and attentive. Service from front desk was good. It has a happy hour on the lobby bar with 2 drinks for the price of 1, from 6 to 7pm.

My colleague and I were in Jerusalem for business and spent 4 nights here. Here are the pros:
- fantastic location for walking to the city centre and many restaurant (about 5 minutes) and the Old City (about 15 minutes)
- opened 7 months ago, feels brand new and is great value
- comfortable beds and very good pillows
- quiet
- decent shower
- bar and lounge area on the ground floor are fun; happy hour is a great bonus
- good breakfast; typical Israeli selections with many salads, shoukshouka eggs, a variety of breads and pastries; coffee machine with different options
- restaurant manager was awesome; on the last day brought us a "special treat"
Things that weren't perfect:
- no bathroom products other than soap
- small room
- after a few days of the same breakfast we were hoping for more variety of eggs; cereal choices were terrible; not enough fruit options (chopped apples in juice or sliced oranges every day - how about offering bananas and clementines?); pastries were just OK, have had better
-front desk service was nice but not what one would call "over the top eager to please and smiley" like I've experienced in other countries
Because of the room size and other minor issues, I would still rank it as a budget 3-star hotel. The price is right and location ideal, so it is a very good deal and I would recommend it when in Jerusalem!
