I love the location i should say because its a few minutes walk from the hotel to the Western Wall which is famous in Israel. A lot of small shops and restaurants nearby so anytime you can go out , very safe to walk as police are patrolling around.a lot of tourists in the area and we saw Filipinos too. Memorable stay!!!

The location is conveniently located with a 10 minute walk to Damascus Gate. The breakfasts and suppers were satisfactory - enough variety but not outstanding. The room was comfortable. I appreciated the view with my room facing Al Aqsa Mosque. The Wi-Fi connection was pretty poor. The hotel staff (concierge and dining room attendants) were very attentive and accommodating for our group's shifting schedule.

Located just outside the Old City, this relatively small hotel appears much like a family-run hotel. The hotel front is hidden within gated walls like those a typical homes found im many parts of suburban or rural mediterranean nations. Guests are greeted by a small front desk, a few seaties, a small cafe-like area that welcomes guests. Welcome drinks are available, though it is self-service. 2 small lifts that fit 4 people snuggly. Lovely lounge area on level 2. In short, very homely.
The restaurant serves mainly local cuisine with some western style desserts. Food is palatable and regularly topped up. Though there were only a few service personnel each meal time, they provided friendly service and were very diligent.
We had a room for 3. Spacious with a sizeable bathroom with only shower (no bathtub). Daily, rooms were cleaned without request and toiletries were restocked. The tile floor was extremely cold as it was the start of winter and there was only 1 pair of hotel slippers.
There was free wifi though its strength seems to concentrate at rooms close to the main lobby/reception.
We loved its proximity to the Old City, Dome of the Rock and Masjid Al Aqsa. Also it is a stone's throw away from bakeries selling traditional bakes, some eateries and even pharmacies. The hotel is not situated in a place intended for shopping. Just a quiet, homely quaint neighbourhood.

What a horrid little hotel. Dirty. Hair in the bed. Curtains which don't draw shut. Windows which are paper thin so you hear everything. Small horrible rooms. Breakfast is poor. Avoid at all costs unless you like to sleep in a hovel. Bad wifi.

Great location - adjacent to Herod Gate (3 minute walk) and further 10 minute walk to Masjid Al Aqsa Precinct. Disappointed that free WIFI was rather poor connectivity. Beds were budget and reminiscent of a backpacking facility (very basic)! Rooms were small and functional. Very nice bathroom - especially shower.
