AMAZING!
This resort is placed in the middle of a nature reserve. Only the drive to the hotel is beautiful.
The room was small but for us it was totally fine.
The king size bed was comfortable and the room was clean and renovated beautifully.
The dining room is a chefs restaurant and everything is in good quality, fresh and tastes amazingly. For breakfast you can enter as many times that you want through out the opening hours.
No kids allowed which means the resort is quiet.
The spa and pool area are open to all visitors with no additional payment.
There is a warm pool so also in winter you can enjoy relaxing, swimming and the beautiful views from everywhere.
There is a silence room to relax and read in front of the view.
Everyday there are different options of classes and activities such as yoga, meditation, movie etc.
you can go on a lovely nature walk or morning run in nature which is just outside the main gate.
Don’t miss a good masage treatment.
This resort is peaceful and suitable for all year long.
I hope I will have enough budget to come back in few years.
If you are going I’m sure you will have one of the best vacations in your life:)

The main advantages that this resort has is the unique location and its very friendly and good staff. Other than that, it is a dated facility, with moderate upkeep and very pricey costs when looking at the overall cost of room, treatments, food and beverages. Entertainment is limited and the wine bar and reading room are well past their peak. You can feel the cost cutting measures all around you. The gym has all the basics that seem to be in good work order. The indoor pool is on the chilly side and much colder than the advertised 28 degree Celsius temperature, so if you are not a pro swimmer and are looking just for a soothing dip, this will be too cold. My wife’s request for some special attention for my birthday did not lead to anything. Overall, we have checked this resort off our list and are likely to go to some of the better, and more cost effective, options in Israel and abroad.

We visited Carmel Forest Spa over Christmas for 3 nights.
On the last night, not having left the hotel at all, my husband contracted violent Gastroenteritis. He had terrible symptoms and ended up being rushed to hospital following the recommendation of the hotel. He subsequently missed his flight back to the UK with further financial loss and cost. The hotel did not bother to contact us at all. I made contact and was politely dealt with by a PR assistant who agreed to put our payment on hold until we sort the case.
On his return my husband sent a letter to
Aya the hotel manager but received no reply at all. Today, more than two weeks later the hotel charged us for the full amount without any appology, compensation or even acknowledging what had happened to us on their premises. I am here to name and shame a disgraceful establishment which acts in a disrespectful manner to its guests and should not be called a 'Health Spa'. This was an awful experience I wish on no one.

We went to Carmel Forest Spa Resort for 2 days. 6.1.18-7.1.18.
We had the best time !!! Just like a dream!!!
The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.
The food is great. The service is wonderful.
There are many activities all day long.
I took a Nia class with Nizan Gants. She is a great teacher.
The spa is great.
We will definitely come back to this hotel.
We want to remark Avi El Baz from the reception as a great person. He was very helpful to us. Polite and professional.
