Rimonim Hotel is a large Hotel having capable to host easily ,at the same time, more than 800 guests, adults as well as children
We stayed there for 3 nights and shared the dining room with about 500 people.
On breakfast we had a large variety of good products to choose from, however the overall atmosphere reminded us a night mare.
The dining room reminded us being in a market place, very noisy, and lot of traffic. Just imagine what would have happened if the hotel was performing in its full capacity with 800 guests.
I would dare to guess that the hotel management has fouled by working on an ugly cost savers by not extending the eating hours both for breakfast and dinner, meaning that they do not care for the guests welfare.
What I love to , in breakfast, is having 2 or 3 cups of good coffee, enjoying drinking them un easy mode. The hotel dining room is huge , about 120 feet long. On our first morning we were be seated very close to the entrance, while the only coffee station is located on the other side, about those 120 foot away. On our table were set 2 cups of porcelain cups. Time elapsed by and no one came to serve. We asked the waiters there, how we can feel our cups, we were told, that there is no service to the table and that we would have to pick up the coffee in the far away coffee station .We asked if we should take the cups, set on our table, but were told that the coffee is well equipped with cups. We made all the long way too the station and stood in line after about 10 people, and what a surprise they serve the morning coffee in paper glasses to drink and throw. Again, why making the guests happy when their mind is toward cost saving, preventing the need to wash and handle glass cups-what a shame. What is so funny that we had to make all the way back to out table 120 foot away.
This is the reason why the title of our review is Via Dolorosa or Eat and Run. Our opinion is that some smart guy from the Rimonim management has planed the system to try to minimize the coffee drinking of the guests, tthus, shortening significantly their staying in the dining room or Eat and Run cost saver.
Dinner has a large variety in the buffet , however the most of the main dishes are disappointing. If you are a fish lover try to avoid having your staying on HB. On scale of 1 to 10 the fish dishes score are about 3 . Beef dishes are also not heavenly made 5 to 6 out of scale of 1 to 10. The score is the results of averaging scores given by about 10 guests, per quick survey that we made.
With regard to our room;
Before booking we looked at the Booking .com site to find that our standard room should have in addition to a king size bed that we have found quite comfortable, also a two seats sofa. To our surprise the promised sofa is replaced by one lonely chair The two seats sofa was mysteriously evaporated. As it was January, hardly useful veranda, chilly in the morning t is a pity that there was no cosy seats to have a cup of tea in the room.
For elder people-from reason behind my understanding, the lavatory seating is very low, potentially causing a lot of trouble to elder people. Besides that bathroom is well equipped

Room Tip: Try to avoid staying on HB insist that your table is close to the l coffee station For cozy atmosphere-pick another hotel

Hey,
There is a stand of espresso coffee and reverse coffee.
There is a filter coffee that a waiter pours between the tables.
Dinner is varied, there is a selection of fish, chicken and meat. Also, a variety of salads and desserts.
We regret the inconvenience, if we knew better we would improve.
We learn from your feedback and immediately improve.
We look forward to seeing you again.

I stayed two nights for business. Great room, chic and refreshed, and a layout that maximized the space in the room and oriented everything to the full wall windows over the Red Sea (and glass doors to a private patio.) Even the bathroom had a window with a view out. Nice bath amenities and tea/coffee/kettle setup. Everything was sparkling clean.
Our stay included breakfast and dinner. Massive buffet stations, any food you might want or any dietary need would be met. Beautiful salads and vegetarian offerings for me, and my colleagues made the most of the meat zone. It had an incredible dessert station : the Pastry Chef does beautiful and delicious work. One morning we had to leave too early and the hotel offered all of us a generous breakfast box to go.
The pool looked beautiful but with the winter weather it closed early, understandable. The hotel is right on the promenade at the north edge beach, but has security at entrance from the promenade to the pool/lobby area. All the grounds, lobby, etc were maintained very well. I would return to this hotel, definately, for a holiday.

Room Tip: Lower floors will probably get more pool/promenade noise in the busy season

We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Excellent food! The evening entertainment program was nice, The kids club had a prgram but they didn't do the activity they published and didnt do any other alternative activity. Cannot recommend the hotel club! The bar is horrible, worse drinks we had in Eilat. The room was nice but the Jacuzzi looked too dirty to use. The Parking is not big enogh for the hotel.

Hey,
Parking on the hotel is subject to availability. A daily parking permit can be purchased at the supermarket under the hotel and is valid for the entire city.
The children's club is open and operates according to the program, in case there is no response or other activity.
What you wrote will be handled quickly and we will improve.
Best regards,

We were very happy to stay in the hotel. Everything is well organized and the food is great!
The hotel is located in a very good area. It's close to all the activities around.
The rooms r well mentained and we'll definitely return in the future.

Room Tip: Would have preferred a better bed for the kids.
