We stayed here two nights to visit Ephesus and for us it was perfect and extremely good value. We stayed in a "comfort room" and it was recently renovated, clean, with comfortable bed and a wardrobe, also luggage rack. Room was very bright with a balcony, and view of historic building and the distant castle. The air conditioning performed quietly and well, there was ample hot water, had outlets for charging. I agree that the rooms and bathroom are smallish, but OK for a couple of days.
The breakfast room on the top floor offers spectacular views of the castle and St. Johns Bascillica, the town and surrounding area. The breakfast itself was a good variety and quite tasty, good coffee too. There is no lift, but I'm a senior and managed quite well.
The location is perfect: just 5 minutes walking to the bus station, surrounded by shopping and restaurants, Ephesus is a 20 tl taxi ride away.
The host Conyt was very welcoming, spoke very good English, was extremely helpful, and even went with me two times to a pharmacy and translated for me.
I gave this 5 stars, not because it is luxurious but because it is extremely good value, perfect for the budget conscious traveler who wants a decent degree of comfort.More
