We arrived early (4:30), wanting to see the view and eat around 6. Locals tend to eat late so if you are like us and from North America and ant to eat earlier there is no problem getting a good table. We arrived and they were doing renovations but gave us a Rake and water to entertain ourselves with while they finished up. We worked the Mezes menu, with 6 or 7 items and a bottle of local white wine. Food was excellent, view from up here of the Bosporus amazing. I would go back.
