My credit card was overcharged and they do not return the money. Every time we contact them, they make another excuse on why they don´t pay.
Be careful when paying if you use this hotel.
Can not recommend to anyone.

A real family feeling gets to you once you arrive, you will feel that you know the staff long ago and you are a part of there family, nice staff with lovely smiles, very helpful, they even gave me a bigger room than I reserve for, a map for all the sights in Istanbul and a nice cup of tea once I arrived
The hotel location is very good in the old city, according to price, friendly reception and location it can get 5, definitely recommend for people traveling with budget

When we arrived, the staff serve us apple tea. Our initial plan is to just drop our luggage and go to Pamukkale and return on next two days, but due to weather condition we decided just to stay in Istanbul, so the staff mention there were room available so we just stay here for 6 days. In our room there were no kettle, so everytime we need a hot water to make our own hot drinks, the staff never hesitate to help. Even the owner is really friendly and guide us to go to EyupSultan to take the teleferik (cable car) and Ayub Tomb. The hotel location is nearby Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia, just walk less then 5 min can arrive there. Near to mini market and also tram station. The room price is cheap but is really comfortable, we were given room at upper floor so it quite. Everyday they served bread for breakfast, although everyday almost the same, we have nothing to complain about it, as the bread is delicious, really enjoy it and never feel bored about it.Thanks for a precious memory, hope to meet them again one day.

First of all, we did not book to go here, we were conned into staying there. We were picked up from the hotel and dropped to this place. We were told that the place we booked got overbooked and he is doing us a favour. Reluctantly we accepted because of the location, just a five minute walk to the Hagia, Blue Mosque, Museum, the Hyppodrome, etc. It is the most uninhabitable place one can stay in. Shower leaking, water on the floor, musty smell, electrical work unsafe, there is a hole in a wall where electrical cables come out ans the single bed just against it. TV not working, breakfast is barely acceptable platter of cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread....

Hotel is in an ideal location, near the Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet district.

The stuff was so kind to provide us with tea and everything we were asking for.

The room was not as good as we expected, because it seemed to be under works. The bed was comfy, the window too small and the bathroom was not great..the shower was not finished.

All in all, good value but nothing near luxury.
