This Hotel in the Levent district is just a short stroll from 4 Levent Metro stop. Note - Metro, Funicular & Trams are well signed and cheap. The Hotel has fine, large, comfortable rooms with large beds, good wardrobes and spotlessly clean en-suite Bathrooms with fine hot showers. Ask at Reception and a kettle will be placed in your room...Coffee sachets provided...tea bags obtainable from the Breakfast Buffet. Breakfast is more than adequate...good scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and sausages...good choice of croissants and breads, jams and honey...Tea and Coffee overflowing. I had a room on the first floor ...no view and no balcony but the views in the rest of the City make up for that. The Hotel's staff are pleasant and outgoing. This Hotel is a good choice at a keen price.

Had an enjoyable business stay in this hotel. Okay you must like themes but is it is something different and appropriate when visiting Istanbul. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. Free wifi available. Breakfast was okay however the breakfast room was in the basement what does not really make it a nice location. The rate was more than reasonable and therefore 5 star rating.

Very nice hotel. Interesting decor, different colors and ambiances. Competent and friendly staff. Big and comfortable rooms. Good location for business and tourism. Metro station is close. Stayed here several times and I'll come back.

We stayed at Elegance from 27 June/2Jul 2014. Overall the experience was good, yes it can be a bit far from Sultanahmet etc

only a few things ticked me off, they were BIG things but the little things that count

a. i had to ask for bottled drinking water - they replenish 500ml bottles. But every single day starting from the second day itself i had to ask for one.

Imagine you come back after roaming around Istanbul for 12hrs and there' no drinking water in the room. 500ml isnt enough but it can keep you going for sometime before you get back on your feet....i ended up buying 2lt bottles and carrying them back everyday....not in my nature to repeat myself

b. Just like the water, coffee sachets what do i wake up to at 5:30AM ?? yeah its a holiday but thats the time i wake up...now add the water to the equation..caffeine addicts will know the pain i suffered..its always the little things that make it or break it

c. the staff don't understand english - so it can be a challenge at times :(

Overall the rooms were nice, no complaints about the rooms......
