As one local told us, there is a restaurant on the top floor, but above it, you can go to the terrase. Despite some waiters tried to hide it, with blocking the entry, because they saw us as possible customers, we managed to go to the roof. It was amazing! Highly recommend

View be nice if windows were clean. Breakfast sucked; employees zombies, figure cause 80% of stores in the shopping center unoccupied. another highrise of NO CONSEQUENCE!!! sell to Arabs and make some money was probably the intention but seems this one blew in their face!!!

Great view of Istanbul from a height of 238 meters!!! In a cafi on the roof you can tast delicious food or just drink Turkish tea.
Easy to find out - metro station 4.Levent to be in a bilding.
You mast visit the 4D cinema to feel again the pacification of the Blue Moque, the mysticism of the Cisterns, the dept of the centures of the Sophia...
If you want to have shopping in the bilding there is shoping mall on the three floors.

Ticket to the observation deck and to the cinema costs 36 TL adult and 30 TL teenager.
Wonderful time for you!

Amazing thing to try, I paid around 36 TL (~10$) for the lift ride to the terrace and the sky ride.
The view is astonishing, and the weather was clear and a bit chilly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.
