Clean and quiet with nice breakfast and good value for money. Small(ish) bathroom with corner shower but strong power and lots of hot water. Main drawback is that it is in a residential area quite a way from the centre so nothing within walking distance. The hotel organises taxis but you will need the address written in Cyrillic (inc the precious street name) to be sure of getting back. If you have your own transport then this hotel is probably a good choice.

The Arian Plaza is some way from the city centre and has very few shops/restaurants nearby. Outside the street is tree-lined and it looked safe to wander. The rooms have a typical layout with a very good bathroom and a warm shower. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was buffet style with a good choice of hot and cold food. You can purchase dinners, sandwiches, beer and tea/coffee etc. but the service was poor, hence the lower star rating.

This was an adequate hotel if you have some sort of transport. although the hotel will get you a taxi to get about, it is miles from the metro.
Breakfast is basic and there are a couple of restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly albeit with little English.

Nice comfortable clean hotel. Stayed here as part of a group so the travel to town was not an issue. Breakfast is buffet style with good choice and the staff are friendly. The location is in the suburbs so quiet and restful.

We arrived late on a cold night and were hoping for a nice warm smiling welcome but were highly disappointed! Diana, the lady at the reception, was very cold and unfriendly, and so were her colleagues responsible for security and housekeeping. No one smiled, everyone seemed annoyed when we asked for help. We had booked a family room for 4 people, which is a great value, but the bed for the children had not been prepared yet. Breakfast bufet was very poor quality, none of us liked it. The general environment, on the other hand, is very clean and well kept. Such a pity the service is so bad! We were asked to pay in som at the official rate, which means the rooms are incredibly cheap if you get your soms at the black market!
