The hotel is in the city centre. It is very easy to get to from the airport. the airport bus stops 2 minutes away and the journey takes about 15 minutes. The room was fine with a very comfortable bed. The best bit is the breakfast. It is buffet style and has both Asian and western choices including great French baguette and French coffee. The reception staff are super friendly and helpful, always greeting you by name. There is an outdoor swimming pool. It only only has a few loungers but it was never busy and was great to have a dip i after a hot day sightseeing. There are some excellent coffee shops nearby and it is a short walking distance to both the Mekong promenade and night market and the morning market and central bus station.

Good location near many restaurants, night market, etc. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere in a traditional Lao building with plenty of nice wooden artwork. Room with a beautiful dark wooden floor and a very good bed. Free breakfast, well equipped fitness room and a small pool. Recommended!!

Friendly and smiley staff always on stand by and ready to anticipate clients needs.
Room is always clean and net. Nice furniture and flooring in wood.
Good quality of food and a variety of options fitting all palates.

we liked the location of the hotel, close to best area for restaurants, coffees, clubs etc...
the staff is so kind and always ready to help and make your stay great.
few small but important things should be looked at:
coffee used in the machine is not coffee for espresso, cappuccino etc... which makes coffees for breakfast useless...
change the wooden signs to not bother opening the room, once placed on the door handle, you can't close the door.
the cement on parking lot in front is now gone in many places and became a hazard when people go out from cars putting their feet in holes.
otherwise, it's nice place and I will recommend it and will go back to it.
