“a tourist trap... crazy price and lazy service, be careful to price tags they are often mismatched...”

a souvenir shop, we have entered, had a tour and bought a few soap and bath gel. The price tags are mostly placed in the wrong place so that you would pick up something that at the cashier desk will have suddenly an higher price.
All the products are overpriced and we saw some cheaper same brand goods at the airport...
The staff seems disturbed by customers and having a life apart far away from giving assistance and good service. I wonder how they can stay open but I guess that only performing a sale of a few product they can cover their monthly fees.
Oh, if you want to buy something with credit card, be prepared to an unfair change and a 3% fees on transaction...
Terrible place.....

마그네틱 (20,000kip) 그리고 엽서 (15,000kip) 사기에 좋습니다. 다른건 특별해보이진 않았습니다. 사고싶은것에 만족해요.

Good for magnetic and post card. Not sure w other products.

Whilst enjoying a wander around town we saw this place and thought we'd have a look.

When we entered no one even looked up from what they were doing. All but one of the staff completely ignored us, and the one that did pay attention just followed us around giving us a nasty look the whole time.

There's a few overpriced items to buy and some framed photos which seemed to be mostly of Vietnam, which we thought was odd for a gallery in Laos.

Not really worth your time. Big thumbs down.

Nice little shop with a range of soaps, shower gels, mosquito repellent etc. Maybe "nothing special" for some, but if you live in Asia it is nice to get a bit of a variety and natural products.

I wanted to buy the mosquito repellent in a bigger container, which was sold out. I asked whether they could prepare it, went back 3 days in a row, without success. I live in Asia, so I was explaining clearly and as simple as possible. Staff did hardly speak English, but I felt they didn't even want to listen or even try to understand what I want.

Shame really.....

T'Shop is a good option if you're looking for gifts. The main sellers are their natural products: soaps, shower gels, creams, insect repellant, lip balm, virgin coconut and other oils. Most products come in smaller and larger sizes. You can test the soaps at the two sinks in the shop, which is a very nice space. The shop also sells soap nuts (for washing not eating), teas, small bowls and soap dishes as well as jewellery made of coconut and egg shells or wood. Cards and old maps and indochinese images are also on sale. And furniture - but that's probably more for residents.
