Go here and you will not be surprised by high accommodation price. The price is fair as well as service. Breakfast is very boring with few alternatives. No orange juice (only water and some strange sweet "juice" with no specific taste). Reception staff speak good English, but waiters often bring wrong dishes since they do not always understand what has been ordered (pizza instead of steak, etc.).

Another thing - if you do not prefer hard beds, do not stay here. For better WiFi signal look for rooms closer to lift.

Room Tip: Rooms closer to lift (centre of the building) have better WiFi signal compared to rooms at the end of corridors.

was ok, stayed jan 2013 there, outside snow storm in the room +35 degrees unchangeable soviet radiators.., i slept with an open window) nice design for the price paid (20k kzt-night would have been cheaper direct booking than hotels.com!) and compared to the price-valueof most alternative hotels in astana quite ok, the bed was extremely superhard, very very hard really. nice staff at the bar we arrived 03 am and got some drinks, and next night the same story again, would stay there again for one night bit for more i probably go to ramada or radisson, with barkhat bar in the basement )

The room was small, all furniture and equipment is chinese and of poor quality. Noise from traffic. AC unit was out of service, remote control had only chinese markings. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is far from the centre.

looking at this hotel from outside you will think it's not a nice hotel at all.
but when I went in I get very surprised first by the atmosfear of the lobby "cozy" and after the room were very nice
not big but enought with clean bathroom.
the price is surprising for this type of hotel in Astana
actually I would say it's a good deal hotel.

The "Manastana" as locals call it is a new property with good and friendly service. The rooms are small but nicely decorated and clean. A restaurant serves breakfast (included in room rate), lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet is rich but lacks some of the common features, e.g. no orange juice. The main meals are very good, though. Really the only downside is the location, which is a bit peripheral.
