We stayed in a Club Room at the Legendsea Hotel. The room was spacious, was cleaned daily and the towels were changed again in the evening. There was a tiny balcony from which we had a view of the water - the hotel is only a block back from the beach. The breakfast buffet was fabulous - cereals, soups, stews, eggs, salads, fruit, etc with many of the hot foods changing each day. The pool was small, but still nice. More

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Big clean room with balcony and sea views. Very comfy bed and nice sitting area. Only thing missing was some shelves or drawers for clothing. There was just a wardrobe with hanging space. Great location just one block from the sea with many restaurants in the area. Breakfast was good and in a big area that was never crowded whilst we were there. Nice rooftop bar and pool area with great views. Staff were polite but I think the lack of English caused some misunderstandings. Nothing major and they did try hard to please. Very happy with our stay. Would return and recommend to our friends.
Very clean and nice hotel. Great location. Beach and restaurants are very near. Good, though not very fast service. English would have liked to be in the hands of all the staff. Great breakfast. I recomend.
Not impressed. The cleaning did not change towels, although they were visibly dirty (and very wet because their bath is arranged, so you can't avoid getting a lot of water on the floors). Ordered room with balcon, but it was so small that you couldn't actually use it, futhermore it wasn't furnished). The staff is there, but you don't get much service from them, as we are used to from other 4 star hotels. Asked them if the hotel had sunbeds on the beach, got a yes and were told that it was just down the beach (asked 2 times to be sure they had understood it). When we got down to the beach, we couldn't find the beds, and had to pay 200,000 dong for sunbeds. Don't think the staff understood what I asked for ..... However, they do have free beach towels. If you are a Westerner you will also be disappointed with the breakfast, dry bread and who f ... serve tomato jam for breakfast (only other alternative was pineapple). The breakfast was the same, didn't change through our stay.
Will not return, but mostly because the area is dominated by noisy Russians, it is of course not the hotel's fault. Pros: The hotel is very central. Wifi works fine. Nice pool area that serves drinks at great prices.

Those are really good remarks for a low rating!!! Ususally, guests that did give a low rating like yours did not like at all the complete stay, from the hotel design to the hotel services to the staff friendliness... We understand that you are a difficult customer.
Regarding the cleaning, please be sure that is done on a regular basis. We were reported that you didn't inform us about your issue. We encourage our guests to raise any issue to us during your stay so that we could fix it to make your stay better. However, we take note and we will pass on your message to the housekeeping manager.
Regarding the sunbeds down the beach, we are sorry that there was a misunderstanding when you asked for sunbed information. Indeed, our hotel does not have sunbed area on the beach. We will train our staff to communicate in a clearer manner.
Regarding the jam, please note that all our jam and bread are homemade. We have a lot of different customers, coming from every corner of the world and covering the five continents. Thus the tastes vary for each country, each region and is also quite personal or subjective. That is why we propose other alternatives to our customers in our buffet breakfast. As you can read on the comments on internet, you are the first person to criticize our tomato jam. We take note and will propose other solutions to our customers.

The hotel is located next to the beach and close to many good restaurants.
This is the place where I had the best sleep in the whole Vietnam ! The mattresses are very comfortable and the bed sheets soft. The AC works well and is not noisy (23°C was a good setting). They also have a proper rain shower which is very enjoyable in this humid environment.
If you want to rent a scooter, you should do it from the hotel as it is hassle free and at a good price.
We opted for a Club Ocean View room which had a large curved window overlooking the street and sea. The room size was good and we really enjoyed our stay. The noise from the street could sometimes be a bit loud but I imagine impossible to avoid due to the location (central Nha Trang). The staff on reception were welcoming and very helpful when organising transfers etc.
Where the hotel lacks is in it’s facilities. The rooftop pool is rather small for a hotel of this size and there’s rarely anyone manning the rooftop bar so you need to order drinks from the bar in the lobby. The breakfast is lacking as the food in the serving dishes looks rather sad.
Overall a nice stay due to the room but definitely room for improvement.
