This hotel has welcoming staff with very good English. They offered expensive tours and seem uninterested in us once they realised we had booked our own driver through TA.
The room was large and the bath had piping hot water anytime. But the towels! Grey and hard.
Breakfast was very good with many styles of food (Korean, Vietnamese, French pastries, eggs, cereal etc. ) Floor manager kept everything topped up very efficiently. Great coffee. Cheerful servers.
The best part of the hotel was it’s fantastic location for nightlife.
The facade of the hotel needs a good paint job. The brown hallway carpets are grim for 2018. Everything needs a good spruce up.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, good breakfast. Best location in town. Great for parking your bike. Especially Nhu, the front office manager, helped me a lot. I would recommend this hotel. I have been here for 3 days and had a good time, the facilities are also really nice.

Although my wife and I did not stay overnight, I feel that I should write a short review in favour of aspects of this hotel. Essentially, we were on a cruise ship excursion and stayed for lunch and entertainment.

Over the period of a couple of hours, we both formed a very favourable impression and would like to return. This impression started with the ceremony of our greeting, which was to the sounds of traditional Buddhist drum and bell, obviously well set up for all guests.

Inside their delightful entrance area, we were warmly greeted by reception and catering staff and the whole organisation of our seating, our meal and our time there was very well organised and delightful. Toilets were very clean and well appointed. There is a spa area which also appears to be extensive.

Our food, a reasonably traditional Vietnamese series of dishes, was well prepared, with good ingredients and nicely presented. Service was prompt and efficient. We enjoyed a delightful room, overlooking the Performed River, from where we could also see the extensive pool and garden facilities of the hotel. An unexpected highlight was the seven piece Vietnamese musical group, including traditional instruments and costume.

Overall, we formed a very good impression of the staff and of this hotel which seems well located with nearby landmarks and attractions for the visitor.

The hotel is located on the side of Perfume river, with the best view of the river and Truong Tien bridge, near the boat station and walking street with many restaurants and cafeterias.
The services is good, they are enthusiasm and tender!
Breakfast is good, restaurants has an amazing scenery!
Highly recommend!
